My Husband and I are approved for 150k home loan. We found a house and WE LOVE IT! Its located 20 to 30 miles away from Seattle WA bye Bonney Lake WA. House out there are running from the low 200’s and up to ???. this home is defiantly a fixer upper with LOTS of space..

Here is the scoop:
the highest this home sold for was 179K in 2000

On Jan 7th We offer 145k (they were asking 150k) The sellers agent said that they will NOT Summit any offers to the bank until we are approve or denied but they de- listed and it says pending B.U request.

On Jan 22nd they lowers the price to 145K. *why and is this normal?* Does it make it look better for us?*

Now were just waiting for the bank but.. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY. We found out that the seller only owes 169K on the house.

With all these numbers do you think we will get??? Whats the chances of us getting this home.???????????

They told me it can take up to 90 days but that will put us out of the dead line for the 8k but if i know for sure we will get it. I’m not worried about the 8K stimulus.(How ever it would be nice) but i don’t want to sit and wait to find out we don’t get it.

Check with your loan officer, or contact the processor on your file. If you have given them all documentaion they need to close this home, there shouldnt be any issues, and commuinication should be open. Usually a short sale has to close like with 30 days, sometimes sooner. Check your contract close date.Make sure everyone is on the same page. Sellers, Title company, Lender/Broker

Need help finding a camp job for the summer?
Okay so I am 17 years old, I have been lifeguarding since I was 15, and lifeguard off season at an indoorpool. However I want to do something this summer then just lifeguard. I am also a triathlete and am about to do a half iron man and start training for an iron man. So basically I was wondering if anyone knows of a camp where I can live for the summer that I can either lifeguard, be a couselor, or something to do with triathlons??? Weird neurological symptoms in pregnancy (double vision, lights, numbness, facial tics/swelling)? Anyone else?
This is my 4th pregnancy, so I’m a "ringer", but all of this is new to me. I’ve had pre-eclampsia before, but the doctors have run tests and don’t think this is the case. I’m about 30 weeks along at the moment.

I had a bout of double-vision last night accompanied by seeing stars, but I’ve also had troubles with one side of my face tingling/drooping/going numb. I was hospitalized at one point for these symptoms, but they cleared up and it seemed like everyone shrugged it off as a fluke because I got better

I’ve keep having the weird symptoms, though. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had these weird types of symptoms before?
I’m being sent to a neurologist and have tested positive for Coccidioidomycosis (although, they don’t think this has anything to do w/ the symptoms).

I also have a history of migraines, but none of this is fitting the normal pattern of the occular migraines I’ve had since I was a kid.
Adding some more, I’ve had trouble keeping my mg and k levels up this pregnancy despite taking prenatals and eating normally.

The only time I had symptoms like that were with pre-eclampsia, swelling especially my face and ankles and particularly what I called wiggly worms floating in my vision, didnt get any numbness ao tingling though. Hopefully they are keeping a close eye on you and I wish you luck

This is my 5th pregnancy and it has been weird like that too. I have been getting numbness on the right side of my face along with bouts of dizziness, sweats, shakes, and feeling like I am going to pass out. I have been also having a lot of abdominal pain ESPECIALLY when he moves. OMG, sometimes I wonder if my uterus is going to burst. I am only 32 weeks. I don’t have high BP, my sugars are normal etc…etc…etc…. so I hear ya on the confusion.

This happens, a central government can’t take care of everybody (a central government taking care of it’s people is socialistic by nature). It has been proven that on the federal level this does not work, though it sounds great in theory. However, I am also not fond of state and local government.

When you say big centralized gov, the closet real thing to that I can think of is Parliament. The way Parliament works is people elect the leaders in Parliament and in turn they elect the Prime Minister. In this manner supposedly the people are indirectly voting for the Prime Minister, which is seems nice until you remember that "real" people arn’t voting. The Parliament is. A good way to prevent this is to adopt a more federal approach. E.g. U.S.A. In the federal system all single people get a vote and in this way each single person has a say. If there is a majority of middle class people who want a president who will lower costs for college, then the next president will be the one they voted for. However polititians seem to forget about the single man or woman and instead focus on the Gov and America. It is always reminded though that we are people and we have the say as individuals. America was founded by individuals who all were equal and represented the ideas of all the states and all the people.

how to join special forces/secret service and what not?
ok well I have two questions here. if you have ever seen Mission Impossible III, The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, The Bourne Ultimatium, or Taken (great movie) then you will understand what I mean. For example what exactly was Boune supposed to be? Secret Service? Spy? I need help pin pointing the exact occupation here. Once like that. I know that was just a movie and all but I always wanted to be a Marine, but I can’t for reasons that aren’t important. So I instead checked out SWAT, which didn’t seem too appealing to me. I thought so kind of agent like Bourne or the guy from Taken before he retired. Do you know what exactly that occupation would be called? Secret Servcie? Spy? FBI? CIA? Special Ops? Special Forces?

Focus on CIA, Special Ops, or Special Forces as a gateway to those types of things. They aren’t exactly "entry level" jobs. Much of the movies is always the movies. But there are things, places, and organizations where you can get close.
You can apply to the CIA online. You can join the Army with an SF contract and try to start through the SOF-C program to get you going right away. Or you can join the Army, go into the Infantry and put in a packet to go SF or other "Super Friend" organizations after awhile (usually E-6 pay grade)

A) The real world is not even close to those movies. Or rather, those movies are not even close to the real world.
B) Secret Service is a federal agency that investigates counterfeit money, fraud, etc. as well as protects the POTUS/VPOTUS and their immediate families.
C) SWAT is a police special operations unit that is extremely highly trained, military experience would help.
D) In the books, Bourne is former SF.
E) CIA does that stuff unofficially, which means you can’t just join in.
F) Special operations of any branch would be accepted into the CIA’s secret chambers depending on what they were looking for.
G) FBI does have special units but are more like SWAT.
H) I guarantee that nobody in those kinds of positions LIKES them… but somebody has to do them. Snipers don’t LIKE that job, but it must be done.

The point is, you can’t just join. You have to be tip top to be in the military, then to be in a particular unit, then special operations, then still have qualifications, all this means you will have no life back home. A SF "Green Beret" I knew used to say "When you leave the CIA, you *leave* the CIA."

Start by working hard in school, talk to a recruiter.
